18K gold combines pure gold and silver in a nickel-free alloy, giving it a cooler, more nuanced tone informed by ancient and Renaissance metalwork.
These 18K gold studs are made by hand and set with a pavé of diamonds. The pavé is a signature feature of IPPOLITA jewelry, in that the "map" of stones is carefully designed to cover the surface it adorns seamlessly, and the diamonds, in the brilliant cut, are chosen individually so that they fit side by side leaving almost no space at all between them. The result is one of exceptional beauty.
