To qualify for free charm you must: (1) place an order over $150 USD not including taxes, shipping & handling, gift wrapping. IPPOLITA may, without notice and at any time, limit, modify or cease to offer the charm offer for any reason; including if required by law. In no event will the maximum number of charms that you receive exceed this offer of (1) selection with valid purchase. Void where prohibited. If an order is returned without the complimentary charm, the retail value of the charm will be deducted from the qualified return total (not to exceed $350).

Holiday Return Policy

Make purchases online this Holiday season with the peace-of-mind of easy returns. Orders placed from Tuesday, November 22, 2016 may be exchanged or returned for a refund or online store credit until Friday, January 13, 2017.

Please note: Customer signature is required for every order, Next Business Day and Two Business Day deliveries.

You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our distribution center. You will be contacted by e-mail with a tracking number when your order leaves the distribution center.

IPPOLITA.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing.

*Please note: ippolita.com will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, courier error, or holiday UPS/FedEX back-up. Because we do not control unforeseen issues with shipping services, we cannot guarantee delivery during the Holiday rush.

All other terms and conditions of our online Return & Exchange Policy apply. Gift cards may not be returned and redeemed for cash.

If you received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your IPPOLITA online account (you will need to register and sign-up). The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for one year. Note you may need to pay any difference in cost, additional shipping & handling, taxes and import duties.

Processing Times:
For Next Business Day shipments: Online orders placed Monday-Friday before 12PM EST will begin processing that day (excluding Holidays). Online orders placed after 12PM EST will begin processing the next business day (excluding Holidays). Online orders placed after 12PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding Holidays).

Shipping delays:
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum Our delivery time starts from the moment an online order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by the warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods (it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched) We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of custom delays FOR international customers

IPPOLITA is pleased to accept timely returns of unused, unworn, unaltered and undamaged items within 15 days from the date you received your order. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, gifts with purchase, and other signature packaging materials.

All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control (QC) by IPPOLITA to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet QC standards, IPPOLITA will refuse the return, and the products will be sent back to the Customer or the Gift Recipient, as applicable. If the returned product satisfies Quality Control (QC), IPPOLITA will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
