Delivery & Processing Charges
Delivery & Processing Charges include all charges for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Special delivery requests, including future delivery dates and customized packaging, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as gift box, gift wrap and monogramming. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays.
Express Delivery
Your order should arrive next business day after shipping if ordered by 3:00 PM (EST). Please note overnight orders placed Friday after 3:00 PM (EST) or Saturday/Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. A signature will be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.

We want you to be completely happy with your order. Ippolita will accept all returns shipped back to us within 15 business days. Please email our customer service department at CustServe@ippolita.com or call us to arrange any returns at 1-877-865-5500. Your credit card will be reimbursed for the total amount, minus the cost of shipping & handling. Returns will appear on customer's credit card up to two days after receipt of return package.
On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the reason for return. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship, prepaid and insured, to:

Order Cancellation
You may cancel any order without penalty prior to shipment. If order has been in production for longer than 2 weeks, customer is subject to penalty. If customer chooses to cancel order after receipt of package, shipping and handling will not be reimbursed.

Repairs
Repairs are handled individually and will be done at customers expense.
If shipment arrives broken or in an unacceptable condition, customer will be required to return item immediately, and will not be charged for the repair. Please email our customer service department at CustServe@ippolita.com or call us to arrange any repairs at 1-877-865-5500.
If customer fails to return the item within 15 business days, penalties will apply.

Product Information
Ippolita Rosé is manufactured using a process whereby 18k rose gold is plated over sterling silver. In addition, Ippolita applies a state of the art clear, protective electrodeposited coating to the 18k rose gold. As with most plating. some wearing away of the 18k rose gold plate may occur over time. The length of time it takes for such wearing away, if any, to occur, will vary depending on several factors, including (i) how much contact the piece has with a rubbing surface; (ii) how often the piece is worn; and (iii) the manner in which the piece is cared for by the customer, including avoiding contact with or exposure to certain caustic or abrasive materials, many of which may be found common consumer products.
Ippolita warrants to the original consumer purchasing a piece of Ippolita Rosé jewelry (the “Product”) from an authorized Ippolita retailer (a “Retailer”) that the Product will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12) months following such date of purchase.
IPPOLITA MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This Limited Warranty does not apply to misuse or abuse of the Product.
To obtain warranty service during the warranty period under this Limited Warranty, please contact Ippolita’s Customer Service Department and request a warranty claim form. The Product, together with the completed warranty claim form and copy of the original receipt for the Product, should be sent to Ippolita at the following address using a service that provides proof of delivery and insured for the value of the Product: Ippolita, Attn: Rose Warranty Service, 259 West 30th Street, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10001. Following inspection of the Product and confirmation that the Product qualifies for warranty service, Ippolita will repair or replace the Product. If such inspection reveals that the Product does not qualify for warranty service, Ippolita reserves the right to deny warranty coverage and so notify the customer. Under such circumstances the customer may elect to request repair of the Product at the customer’s expense.
This is the only warranty or representation that Ippolita is making regarding the Product, and the sole basis for liability respecting quality, performance, defects, repair or replacement of the Product.
